Is there something that you would recommend me to do in order to prepare for a session with Brian?

Depending on the session you are scheduled for this may be different, however for the most part if you are able to just let go and come with a open mind / heart in a relaxed state, this allows for the best Reading / Session to unfold.  By not having expectations but open to receiving and allowing, you are then much more likely to receive a great session and leave feeling happy with what you have received.  If you come with expecting the session to unfold a certain way you may miss other blessings that the Divine has for you through the session.  

If you are coming for a Reading, and have questions that you would like to receive insight and answers to, then it is highly recommended that you take some time to write down them so that when you are here to don't forget to ask them if they are important to you at this timeframe.  

You won't need to give many details to Brian, but its good to ask your questions clearly in order for him to translate the messages he receives from Spirit.  If he needs more information in order to make sense of the information coming forth, he will ask you them.  However, for the most part just giving him some guidance on what you asking is good enough and then he will give all he receives to you, and well prays that it makes sense & is understood by you ultimately as sometimes the information may not make sense to him but will to you when he shares :)

If you are having a Healing Session of some sort, then well all you need to do is come ready and open to receiving the divine healing that will flow forth.   Of course if you have any intentions for your healing session, Brian will ask you to state them at the start of the session so that he can focus in with you on them.  These intentions can be for anything in your life of course, and can always include more then one thing.  Ultimately the Angels and Guides will be listening to your heart and souls intentions and desires, and will assist you with aligning your will and Divine will as one for the health and wellness of all.

What can I expect when having a Reading / Healing Session with Brian?

If you are having a Reading with Brian, he will take a moment to connect with the Higher Consciousness at the start of the session 

I notice that you offer sessions and workshops by Heart Felt Donation, what do you mean by this?
